Information we collect

We collect the information you enter into our “Request an Inspection” contact form. That may include your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, the type of inspection you’re interested in, property details (such as address, approximate square footage, and year built), optional realtor contact details, and any message you send. We do not ask for sensitive information, and you should not include payment details or other sensitive data in the form.

Why we collect it and how it’s used

We use the information solely to respond to your request, schedule and perform an inspection, and communicate with you about your inquiry. We do not sell your information, and we don’t use it for unrelated marketing.

Spam prevention

To protect the form from abuse, we use a hidden “honeypot” field and Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-respecting alternative to traditional CAPTCHAs. Turnstile helps confirm that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated bot. It may set a token for that verification; it is not used to track you across the web.

Third-party services

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and form submissions are processed by a secure server-side function. When email delivery is enabled, form messages are sent to our inbox through an email delivery provider so we receive your request. These providers process the data only to deliver your message to us.

Analytics and cookies

We aim to keep this site lightweight and privacy-conscious. We do not install invasive advertising trackers. If we add analytics in the future, we intend to use a privacy-respecting solution.

Data retention

We keep inspection inquiries for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and service your request and for ordinary business record-keeping.
